Who Looks Pretty In Saree- Ranju Darshana or Priyanka Gandhi?

This is the first time ever that Ranju Darshana has appeared in saree in any of the public event since she has joined politics of Bibeksheel Nepali some four years back. Her new looks is so simple, gorgeous and political that her picture has gone viral in social media.

By 8:30am of Friday morning, news on new wardrobe of Ranju has been shared 72.1K times in Setopati, the another popular online news portal based in Kathmandu.

Surprising and taking attention of every attendee in Rastriya Sabha Griha, Ranju appeared smiling in blue saree with matching blouse, dangling cotton bag in one shoulder and mobile in another hand, with light make up. She had come there to participate in sworn ceremony of newly elected mayor Bidhya Sundar Shakya of Kathmandu Metropolitan City and his team, on Wednesday.

21 years old Ranju, who was also competing for mayoral post of capital city, has ranked third.

After this new look some have even started to compare the dressing sense of Ranju with Indian politician Priyanka Gandhi. Like Priyanka hair, just before election, Ranju made her hair short. Now after election she has started to show up in saree in public like Priyanka and many other young female Indian politicians.

However, there is a bit difference between the two. For Ranju Kurta Salwar is her all time favorite dress but for Priyanka it is tight jeans and tight shirt. Ranju has just learnt to wear saree and surely she will continue as she is the favorite daughter of Nepal and is resolute to take her political career to next level. However, Priyanka wears saree just to show how modest women she is. She routinely wears saree only during the time of election campaign. After then she packs her handloom sarees and placed them back in the trunk till the next election campaign begins.

Many of Ranju well wishers have now even started to gossip that, have Ranju worn saree during her election campaign of mayor, not to top but there was high chance that she would have climbed to second position, making a new history.

May be her supporters are right as in democracy, the personality of competing candidates matters a lot. Certainly, the coming days will show how much Raju has learned and is genuine or she is another Priyanka born in Nepal to fool voters with sweet words and cotton saree during elections.
