Jerry Movie Review:

Jerry is the story of the character played by Anmol KC. Anmol KC delivers an outstanding performance. He will indeed make you believe that he is Jerry. Effortlessly slipping into the skin of the character, the film belongs to him. It is time to retire off our old superstars; the new one is right here!

Anna Sharma gives a heart melting performance. As a debutant actress, her wonderful smile and compelling performance aides the story. She perfectly brings on screen the insecurities of her character, carefully nurturing every detailed shade of what Akanksha entails.
Jerry’s dialogues is one of the strong aspects. Although movie don’t have any extra ordinary story but the music, dialogues, performance and the beautiful location of Nepal blended with the flow of story will please the audience. Movie loses its pace at some place which may make you feel the movie is getting slower than pre-interval portion. But the movie won’t bore you.

Movie will make you laugh at first half with its one liners. Dialogues are simply superb which will help the movie to get strong mouth publicity. Music of the movie is another strong aspect. Movie with such genre strongly need melodious music which is fulfilled by the Jerry. Naren Limbu’s music is heart touching. The cinematography is perfectly done for most part. Pokhara and Mustang is captured beautifully.

After watching Jerry, I was sure that Hostel’s credit will go to Hem Raj BC too. Hem Raj BC doesn’t disappoints but I feel it would have been much better with the same story which director missed at some places. After watching Jerry, I am more excited to watch Sambodhan by Hem Raj BC.

Last Word:

I will recommend you to watch it for the lump sum enjoyment it delivers with good performance, beautiful locations, good music and funny one liners. It isn’t a great film but surprisingly winsome and not entirely forgettable.
