Sunil Rawal and his company Durgish Films has became a brand within short span of time. After giving back to back three super hit movies, Sunil's next venture Saayad 2 has got very good feedback from distributors. Before finalizing cast and other crews, film's DVD rights has been sold to Highlights Music with handsome amount.
According to the report, Highlights Music has acquired the DVD rights of the film with 12 lakhs amount which is probably the highest amount for a Nepali movie. Highlights Music has acquired the rights with such a big amount before the film went into the floor due to the brand value of Sunil Rawal and his dedication towards the film making.
Saayad 2 has also gained 30 Lakhs Minimum Guarantee (MG) amount from the distribution company FD Company. Film has already earned 42 lakhs before going to the floor. Saayad 2 is the sequel of Sunil Rawal's first film Saayad which was directed by Suraj Subba 'Nalbo'. Saayad 2 is planned to go on floor from Baisakh. Film will be directed by Pushpa Raj Neupane. Film has not yet finalized the cast and other crew members.
