SSP Ramesh Kharel has confirmed that he will be part of Sanrakshan film. Ramesh Kharel will be seen in a cameo role as a SSP officer. Sanrakshan directed by Purnendu Jha will portray the story of politics of Nepal and how politicians use media and police to fulfill their desire. Film will also include the ongoing Madhesh revolution in the film. SSP Ramesh Kharel has confirmed about giving time for the film.

Earlier film has been made on the life of SSP Ramesh Kharel but he was not happy as film couldn't portray his life properly. This time he is happy with the story narrated to him and he agreed to be part in a special appearance. This is the first time Ramesh Kharel will be part of any film. Film is said to go on floor from Magh.
Sanrakshan is directed by Purnendu Jha which will feature Nikhil Upreti, Saugat Malla, Malina Joshi, Ashishma Nakarmi in lead role. Nikhil Upreti and Saugat Malla will be seen as police officers.
