National Anthem To Be Played At Theaters Before Starting Movies

Film Development Board of Nepal has announced a new rule of playing National Anthem at theaters before playing the movies. According to the new rule, every theaters of Nepal must compulsorily play national anthem before playing any language movies. This rule has been announced today which will be strictly implemented after fifteen days.

The reason behind this rule is to create a bond between the people and develop the positive feelings for the nation. Government will provide high quality footage of the national anthem to all the theaters within a week. Along with this new rule, another new system has also been announced today by Raj Kumar Rai on behalf of Film Development Board of Nepal.

According to the new rule, multiplex of Kathmandu have to give 50% share to producers on the first week, 42.5% on its second week, 37.5% on its third week and 30% on fourth week. Also multiplex will have to play trailer of Nepali film for free of cost for two week for the promotion of Nepali films.

This rule will be implemented only to the multiplex of Kathmandu valley. Single screens of Nepal have been distributing 50% share with producers but multiplex has been distributing without a proper system due to which producers has been affected badly. This new system of distribution with multiplex will surely benefit producers.
