Ravikar Prasad Ghimire Who Replaced Dayahang Rai On Bagmati

Ravikar Prasad Ghimire is a debut actor for feature film who is debuting from the film Bagmati. Ravikar has got a very especial role in the film and interesting fact about his role is that earlier Dayahang Rai was supposed to get featured on that role. At last hour Ravikar Prasad Ghimire replaced Dayahang Rai on that role.

According to the makers, Dayahang Rai was the first choice for the film. Dayahang Rai also approved for that role and had took the signing amount for the film also. It was a role of a truck driver who have a significant role in the story of the film. Dayahang Rai was busy on other movies so he couldn't give time for the Bagmati before the shoot. He need to learn driving the truck for the shoot but he couldn't give time till last hour. And at last hour Dayahang Rai dropped his hand for that role.



Director Sunny Kerala saw potential on Ravikar Prasad Ghimire after interacting for long time during the pre-production phase. Sunny requested producers to cast Ravikar on that role of Dayahang Rai and finally Ravikar was featured on this role. Ravikar Prasad Ghimire feels glad as well as challenging as he has portrayed a very important character which was supposed to be played by ace actor Dayahang Rai.
