The costliest Nepali film ever made in Nepal is Bagmati which is also a comeback film for Rajesh Hamal who will be seen in lead role after a long gap. Rajesh Hamal is seen giving dialogues and punching the goons at the trailer. Film which is releasing on 8th Jan was dubbed twice when director Sunny Kerala was not satisfied with the first dubbing of the film.

According to the producer Dinesh Darshandhari, Bagmati became costliest not due to mismanagement of the investment. Dinesh shares that Bagmati's dubbing was completed and sent to India for editing. Sunny didn't find the feel on the dubbing so he came back to Nepal for re-dubbing. We dubbed the film again for second time managing time of all the actors again which lead the film to get costlier. We didn't compromised on any small aspects which could have been but we are investing huge money for giving a good Nepali film which will be remembered as one of the best film ever made in Nepal.
