After the release of new constitution, India has shown bitter reaction towards Nepal. This has caused blockade at the border of Nepal by India due to which scarcity on petroleum products has arise in Nepal. Due to the scarcity of petroleum products, life of people have become hard. As a result business of Nepali films has also been affected.
Chankhe Shankhe Pankhe, Bhale Fight and Woda Number 6 were running at theaters which has been affected. Among these Woda Number 6 was doing good business which got affected some how. This film has got many screens at theaters on its second week also but audience are unable to reach theater due to lack of vehicles. Chankhe Shankhe Pankhe couldn't start with good collection but due to banned of Hindi movies, it has got somehow relief as audience have been diverted towards Nepali films. But it is still hard for Chankhe Shankhe Pankhe to recover its investment.
Bhale Fight also couldn't start with good business due to lack of strong mouth publicity. Bhale Fight will also face hard time to recover its business.
