‘Cha Ekan Cha’ Couldn’t Survive Two Days At Theater

Producers duo Deepak Raj Giri and Dipa Shree Niraula got various negative comments from different media when they announced to re-release their first super hit movie ‘Cha Ekan Cha‘. The main intention of the producers duo was to collect fund from the movie collection and use that money to build houses for the earthquake victims. But this step of re-releasing the movie couldn’t succeed as movie couldn’t survive for two also at the theaters.



Movie was running at various theaters of Nepal but none of them got good occupancy as the movie was old and was available online as well as on DVD. Due to this no one were interested to go and watch the movie. Lastly multiplex removed the movie from their screens. Deepak Raj Giri and Dipa Shree Niraula’s next venture Ward No. 6 is also ready for the release. Many media persons commented that producers should release their new movie rather than one and half year old movie if they have strong feeling for collecting funds.
